- If special pass for centre of Moscow is required, the cost of transportation will has to be agreed with the company operators.
- False calls are charged with 50% from the rate of the minimal order value.
- Unloading by the driver will be charged subject to agreement.
- Loading, unloading, driving in Moscow – hourly rate; driving outside Moscow – rate per km, both ways.
- Forwarding by the driver will be charged by an additional fee equivalent to one hourly rate.
- Prices are calculated per actual work hours of the transport rounding up by 30 mins to an hour, and based on waybills and transportation sections of shipment documentation.
To calculate the price of loading-unloading services please contact our managers and provide the following information:
- type of cargo
- weight, number of package-places;
- building floor from (to) which the delivery is made;
- availability of cargo elevator in the building;
- distance from fencing to the transporter.
