2.Our company will deliver your goods on delivery. Convenience of this service is that the payment is made directly at the order buyer.

3. You can use the services of secure storage of your goods for more efficient courier processing. This service will most suit the clients who:

• can’t store the goods at their warehouse,
• Use the «self-collection service» – the customer can collect the purchase in person at our office ,
• want to save money and time for daily delivery of goods for posting,
• are located in another region and want to efficiently deliver their goods in St-Petersburg and Moscow.

You can also use our warehouse. With this service «Express.ru» staff will assemble (form) the orders by your instructions. When storing your goods at our warehouse all that is left for you to organize are the orders and client confirmation – then simply forward us the order information.

Goods storage price subject to agreement. For particularly small batches (50 kg, 0.25 m³, less than 10 positions) we will store your goods for free.

4. Some Internet-shops do not have own warehouse and work directly with the suppliers. Express.ru courier staff can collect the goods from your supplier for subsequent delivery to your customer.

«Express.ru» courier will arrive to your supplier, collect the goods on order (waybill), check the presence and appearance of the goods and deliver it to our office for further processing, assembly and delivery to the buyer.

This service costs like a normal delivery (depending on the overall weight of the collected goods). Courier stand-by at the supplier’s, for more than 10 min but less than an hour – 300 roubles.

5. «Self-сollection» - this is the «Express.ru» service for your clients who wish to collect the goods themselves. This will suit the Internet shops who can’t issue the goods in their own office. We will be happy to receive your items, notify the recipient that the purchase is in our office and how to reach us. The client will then arrive at our conveniently positioned office and collect the purchase.

If such product is also stored at our warehouse the self-collection service will be free of charge.

In case of any disputes or unforeseen situations an «Express.ru» delivery services manager will immediately contact the Internet-shop.

The cost of this service depends on the order value.
